We deliver to selected locations within Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Some remote or restricted areas may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable.

6. Delays in Delivery

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please contact us immediately after receiving the order and provide clear proof such as photos or videos so we can assist you properly.
9. Undelivered Orders
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-availability of the customer, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
